We have had a west wind the last few days with Hurricane Jauqiun sitting just to the east of Florida. With high tide in the morning and that West wind, it kept the water higher than normal. We changed our tactics a little bit and fished around some of the islands outfront. We ended the day with 11 redfish, 2 snook, and 25 trout. Pretty solid day with some pretty nasty conditions. The winds should start to lay down this week and the tarpon should show back up.
