The backcountry continues to be absolutely on fire. The snook fishing is as good as gets right now with lots of fish in the 14 in to 25 in range. They have been eating flies and plugs really good. It has been such a breathe of fresh air to see all these fish around in the Everglades. We have had some days with over 50 snook to the boat. I think we are in for a great winter of snook fishing. These fish are all over Whitewater Bay and as far back as you can go in the Everglades.
The tarpon are showing up with this warm weather we have been having and should stick around until our next cold front.
