John and Eric joined me for a day in the Glades this past week. We had shots on Tarpon all morning but only hooked 1 fish. The tarpon were rolling fast and on the move. Those fish at times are very difficult to feed. We later changed gears and headed over to do some redfish and snook fishing. John had 3 snook blowup his topwater plug that was not going to be stopped. Throwing topwater plugs up around trees is one of my favorite ways to fish. They both picked up half dozen reds, a bunch of trout and 5 snook. Not a bad way to spend the day!
