The last four days were spent fishing out of Flamingo. We fished 2 days in the backcountry and 2 days out front sight fishing on the flats. All four days were extremely successful catching redfish, snook, and tarpon. The baby tarpon action was probably the best out of all the species. We fished them early in the morning and got multiple bites on fly an spin. The redfish action on the flats was pretty good also. There were times when the redfish were spooky, but if the presentation was right then you would get a bite without a problem. We saw a ton of redfish and snook up on the flats, which is always a good thing. I have plenty of days open in the next few weeks and this is a great time to be in the Everglades.
